By accessing or using Atomic You ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Atomic You is a habit-tracking and personal development platform that uses AI coaching, vision generation, and financial staking to help users build better habits across six life dimensions: Health, Family, Career, Financials, Lifestyle, and Legacy.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the staking features.
4. Staking and Payments
- The App offers an optional staking feature where users commit a monthly amount (minimum $30 USD).
- If you achieve your goals (win the month), 80% of your stake is returned.
- The remaining 20% is retained as a service fee.
- Staking is entirely optional and does not affect core app functionality.
- All payments are processed through Stripe.
5. AI-Generated Content
The App uses AI to generate coaching advice, habit plans, and vision images. AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only and should not replace professional medical, financial, or legal advice.
6. User Data and Photos
- You retain ownership of all photos and personal data you upload.
- By uploading a face photo, you grant Atomic You permission to use it solely for generating your personalized vision board images.
- Your photos are never shared with third parties.
7. Win System Rules
- A "Win Day" requires completing more than 50% of your daily habits.
- A "Win Week" requires 4 or more Win Days.
- A "Win Month" requires 3 or more Win Weeks.
- These thresholds are fixed and apply equally to all users.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
Atomic You is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to financial losses from staking.
