We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, date of birth, gender, face photos, and habit data. We also collect usage data such as app interactions, device information, and performance metrics.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to:
- Provide and personalize the Atomic You experience
- Generate AI coaching and personalized habit plans
- Create AI-generated vision board images using your face photo
- Process staking payments and USDC payouts
- Track your habit completion and win streaks
- Send notifications about your habits and achievements
- Improve our services and develop new features
3. Face Photo Usage
Your face photo is used exclusively to generate personalized "ideal self" vision images through our AI image generation service. Your photo is:
- Never shared with other users
- Never sold to third parties
- Never used for facial recognition or surveillance
- Stored securely with encryption
- Deleted upon account deletion
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data transmission uses TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Authentication and data storage
- Anthropic (Claude): AI coaching and habit planning
- OpenAI: AI image generation and fallback coaching
- Stripe: Payment processing
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your habit data
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Revoke camera and photo permissions at any time
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data including photos, habit data, and AI-generated content is permanently deleted within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Atomic You is not intended for users under 13 years of age. The staking feature requires users to be at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
